Refund and Warranty

HobbyWorld is compliant with the Consumer Guarantees Act, where all faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Refund does not apply simply because you changed your mind on a particular purchase.

We want to ensure that the products we provide will last for a reasonable period of use. In line with the nature of the products we provide, the manufacturer’s warranty we offer with all purchases is ONE MONTH. Proof of purchase is required when items are returned to HobbyWorld, for products under warranty we offer free repair, a free replacement will be offered if we cannot repair the product. Customers can either drop products off into our office or courier it in at their own expense.

Tampering or modifying the product voids the warranty. Our manufacturer’s warranty ONLY covers damage due to faults in the product. Our manufacturer’s warranty does NOT cover damage due to user mistakes, accidents incurred during flying and landing, crashes or modifications.
